          六年级复习课People       

一、教学目标

1、 通过毕业留言册引出人物的四大话题:

①basic information (name\age\birthday\height\weight) ②appearance\character ③hobbies ④jobs 并能复习四类词的相关词汇。

2、能运用相关句型介绍自己和他人。如:I’m… I like… My favourite…  She\He is… She\He likes…  Her \His favourite…

二、能力目标

1、能通过词汇和句型的复习,灵活运用于日常生活中,真实表达自我及介绍他人。

三、情感目标

在六年级毕业之际,通过本节课能让学生在复习巩固语言知识的基础上,再一次去认真观察身边的老师、同学和朋友,感受友情、师生情的美好。

四、教学过程

一、Warm up and lead in

1.T: Hello, my friends. I’m your new English teacher today. let’s play a game “find the difference”. Look at picture 1 and picture 2 carefully, and find the difference.

You’re going to graduate. So some of you’ll invite your classmates, your friends and your teachers to write sth on the Alumni Book.

2.Do you know what is “Alumni Book”? please think over, what can you write on the Alumni Book?

二、Review the words

We can write: Your name\ age\ birthday\Your height\ weight.------ basic information.

Maybe you ‘ll put a photo on the paper. so that can show your appearance and character.

Your hobbies and your favourite things------hobbies

Your dream jobs---What are you going to be?----jobs

三、Task 1 : Brain storm

1. Now each group should talk about yourself about your topic. You have 2mins to introduce yourself. You can say “I’m…, I like…, My favourite…” (贴板书)

 2. 四小组逐一展示本组相关信息。

四、Task

1 : Listen and tick: Do you want to know more about me ? take out your worksheet. Please listen carefully and tick my information .

2. Read and tick or cross: Have you got all the answers? Now, please read the passage carefully, underline the key words and finish the tick or cross.

3. Checking: Who can introduce Judy to us ? You can say ” She is…/She likes…/ Her favourite…

五、Writing

Show a photo of Lily, please write a passage to introduce Judy and Lily according to the key words.

六、Homework

Introduce Lily and Judy to your friends and parents.
